Description: Balanced Baltimore was a summer internship offered to the students of the University of Baltimore Simulation and Entertainment Design program in conjunction with the Baltimore Budget Committee.The game was a way for the council of Baltimore to connect and reach out to the citizens and get a general idea of where to allocate their financial distribution to where it would most matter. The player is surveyed to find out what they would most like to see Baltimore prioritize amongst the cities spending costs. The player explores the city going to popular spots while being asked to give their input on financial choices in the city. These choices affect your own personal budget. The player must balance the cities budget while making sustainable and wise choices.
